Step 1)​

Fill out the Service Request form below with as much detail as possible: your tattoo concept, theme, preferred size, color (or black and grey), placement on your body, and your estimated budget. You can also attach reference images to help us better understand your vision. The clearer your description, the more accurately we can design something that truly fits you.

Step 2)

A minimum $20 deposit is required before the tattoo artist begins working on your custom design. This deposit confirms your commitment and secures the artist’s time. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Step 3)

​Once we receive the deposit, we will contact you via email (empainterlytattoo@gmail.com). All details, including design, final size, placement, and pricing, will be confirmed through email to ensure everything is clear and agreed upon before moving forward.

Step 4)​

After you approve the design, you will receive a booking link (or book directly via email) to schedule your tattoo session. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’re all set for your tattoo experience.
